Founded by Belinda Matheson in 2025, High Mountain Mushrooms began as a dream rooted in wellness, resilience, and a love for the land. From lion’s mane to oyster mushrooms, we grow each crop with attention to purity and potency—using spring water, clean substrates, and mindful practices to ensure every harvest supports health and flavor.
