Founded by Belinda Matheson, a lifelong grower with a passion for sustainable farming and functional foods, High Mountain Mushrooms is dedicated to producing high-quality Lion’s Mane and Oyster mushrooms, along with a growing line of value-added products like infused oils, powders, and freeze-dried blends.

Our journey began with a simple idea: to bring the wellness benefits of mushrooms to our local community while supporting rural food systems and sustainable practices. We grow our mushrooms using clean, efficient methods, source water from a natural spring, and use climate-controlled containers to ensure year-round quality.
